4. Beneficiary right & declarations

Irrevocable beneficiary right: In the event of death, the insurance benefit goes directly to FURKAN Bestattungen, Pankower Allee 86, 13409 Berlin. This keeps your funeral pre-arrangement safe – nobody (not even a legal guardian) can divert the money.

I irrevocably designate FURKAN Bestattungen as beneficiary of the insurance benefit. The consequences have been explained to me; this is my express wish. I accept that in the event of death, only FURKAN Bestattungen may be commissioned to carry out the funeral. Commissions of other (third-party) funeral companies and their invoices will not be covered; there is no entitlement to reimbursement of third-party services.I transfer to FURKAN Bestattungen – to the extent legally permissible – the exercise of the right of care for the deceased (Totenfürsorge) for carrying out my funeral in accordance with this provision. My relatives and heirs shall be bound by this disposition.

Burial fund agreements

I confirm the following points and have received the documents mentioned:

The brochure „Wichtige Unterlagen zu Ihrer Versicherung" has been handed to me or is available for download there: product and consumer information (tariffs T65, T85 and TE), statutes, general insurance conditions (AVB), special conditions for the accident supplement (UZV), contribution and benefits tariff as well as the privacy notices. I am aware that the maximum basic insured sum is €8,000 per insured person.
Right of withdrawal: You may withdraw your application without giving reasons within 30 days of receiving the insurance policy (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). The period begins on the day after you have received the policy and the contract information pursuant to Section 7 (2) of the German Insurance Contract Act, including the insurance conditions.

After submission, FURKAN Bestattungen prepares your application documents with your signature and submits them to the burial fund. You may withdraw the application without giving reasons within 30 days of receiving the policy.
